· The Mission of Converting Influence is bringing together Wisconsin converters and allied companies, to draw attention to their industry. This group of companies fosters growth through combined efforts in meetings, news and web site activities. These companies also recognize that their businesses can use the resources of others, with this association making them aware of allied outsourcing and teaming opportunities.

· The conduct of programs is in no way intended to present any federal or state antitrust problems. The operation of Converting Influence programs and activities requires that company and organizational representatives of the converting and allied industries, in Converting Influence programs, meet together; and since these representatives in the normal course of their business may be competitors, it is advisable to set forth the Converting Influence policy with regard to Antitrust Compliance.
The Policy of Converting Influence LLC is:
STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPIRIT AND LETTER OF THE ANTITRUST LAWS
The following rules are adopted to provide members, meeting attendees, and their representatives with policy to guide them in conduct of Converting Influence activities.
No Converting Influence Activity or Communication shall:
1. Be used for the purpose of bringing about or attempting to bring about any understanding, arrangement or agreement, writing or oral, formal or informal, express or implied, among competitors with regard to prices, terms or conditions of sales, distribution, volume, territories or customers, or prices or purchases of any materials, equipment, services, supplies or suppliers.
2. Include discussion, directly or indirectly, for any purpose or any circumstance regarding sales prices or pricing methods, manufacturing quotas or other limitations on either the timing or volume of production or sales or allocation of materials, products, customers, markets or territories; or other limitations on either the timing or volume of purchases or allocation of purchases of materials, equipment, services or supplies or allocations of territories or suppliers.
3. Make any effort to bring about standardizing any product for the purpose of or have the effect of preventing the manufacture, sale or purchase of any product not conforming to a specific standard.
4. Include any discussion which might be construed as an attempt to prevent any person or business entity from gaining access to any market or customer for goods or services, or from obtaining a supply of goods and/or services or from obtaining a supply of goods or otherwise purchasing goods or services freely in the market.

In any discussions, formal or informal, all Converting Influence meeting attendees and members are expected to observe and conduct themselves in accordance with these policies and in compliance with all antitrust laws and regulations, both federal and state.

Everyone invited and in attendance at Converting Influence meetings who are invited to attend or give presentations shall be advised of the need to comply with these rules and applicable laws and regulations.

It is the responsibility of each Converting Influence member, meeting attendee, board member or director and every attendee to comply with the letter and spirit of these rules and with all applicable state and federal antitrust laws.
A copy of this policy is available to all attendees, members, board members and directors. It is presented at each meeting of Converting Influence.

Converting Influence brings together converters and allied companies to promote the industry and its growth.

Converting Influence LLC is committed to an ethical set of principles and practices including:

- Invitations for membership to companies in converting and allied industries. "Members" are listed on this web site. They are invited to submit ideas and information regarding their listings on this site which Converting Influence may use. Converting Influence LLC depends on the accuracy and reliability of the information; members are responsible for its correctness.

- Converting Influence LLC makes every effort to treat its members equally, in terms of inquiries received and other activities, within its knowledge of the member companies. Members are jointly, or within applicable categories, made aware of inquiries and opportunities as desired by those submitting inquiries.

- Converting Influence looks to its members first to be involved in meetings, presentations and activities. Some exceptions are made when other companies are invited to share their news and information for benefit of members.

- Members may also be offered opportunities that could incur additional expenses, such as shared ads, exposition space, be included in featured publicity and sponsorships. Every attempt is made to offer these opportunities to all members or those within applicable categories. Members are made aware of extra expenses in advance of these types of activities being implemented.

- Converting Influence LLC and/or its advisory board reserves the right to reject member applications or dissolve memberships where the membership is deemed to be contrary to the principles, ethics, antitrust policy or goals of Converting Influence.

- Converting Influence LLC is committed to proactive activities that further ethical goals including environmentally friendly converting.

- Converting Influence is committed to a high level of service, supporting members strongly and equally, and avoiding conflicts of interest.
